For anyone who still has a problem I think I found a fix, what you have to do is change your DNS, you can do this by going here http://use.opendns.com/ find which OS you are using and then follow the instructions.

After I completed the instructions the game loaded up fine, no idea if it was a coincidence or not but it is worth a shot.

I am also getting the same problem however my error is called something different, haven’t had any word from support yet so I guess we just have to wait it out :|
