I submitted a support ticket a little while ago and managed to find a solution to my problem. Is there any sort of ticket interface where I can mark it as resolved so that they don’t have to bother with it? Or do I just have to wait for someone to contact me so I can tell them that I figured it out? I would hate to be bogging down the queue for others with an unnecessary ticket.
