I have the same issue with the experience scrolls. Both kind will not stack even using the trick listed above. It’s still something that need to be fixed.
After the latest update (3/16/2015), my mouse pointer is difficult to position on the button or selection space. The mouse pointer movement is erratic and laggy.
My mouse on the desktop behaves fine. I tried different mice with the same problem. Prior to the latest update I had no problems.
Is it a bug, or there is something I could do?
