Just started playing this game, having a horrible experience.
Running a 8350 @ 4.6ghz and a 7970 GHz Edition both OCed and it refuses to stay over 20fps.
Even tried removing the OC to see if that was the problem.
Most I get in the open world is around 40 but even then it constantly drops below 20.
Tried changing settings from max to low, frames stay the same.
Core parking changes nothing, kinda at a loss right now.
