My wife and I have just experienced this bug for ourselves. I’m a human engineer with the Priory and my wife a Sylvari Elementalist with the Order of Whispers. We are in the same guild.
When we ran the quest in my wife’s instance, progression would always stop after killing all the destroyers. However, we have been able to proceed the quest by doing each of our own instances alone.
