As I’ve already said, I’m having the same problem as the OP, but I just got word back from Arenanet saying that I had recently activated security measures with my recent purchases, which is strange since I haven’t bought gems in well over a month. That being said, my account was hacked earlier this month, and while everything has been restored, I don’t know if this has anything to do with this problem.
I’m having the exact same problem as the OP. Hopefully, this is something that can be resolved soon.
I hope that you’re right, Ellieanna. I just tried to purchase gems multiple times with no success. If they all go through, I’ll have a lot of gems, but it’ll credit my bank account a huge amount. <:(
Edit: That being said, I still got a “Failed” message with each attempt, so I’m hoping that they didn’t go through so that, when this problem is resolved, I can buy gems without worry.
