For Halloween and Wintersday and forthcoming city altering event, there should be unique vistas only reachable during the event to take advantage of all that beautiful game art!

We need one of those Festival Hat like in Guild Wars 1. It is a crafting NPCs that can learn to craft soulbound cosmetic items (Celebration Hat, Chef Suit, Primeval Armor, ect) if you have one to show them that’s soulbound to you. This will alleviate bank space.

Character Screen Weapons

When selecting the character to play, have the weapons be displayed on the character, not just the armor.
