From BBB.9184 to BBB.9185 and back

Chat moves at a normal pace and I can more my char fine .but everything else is stuck in place

Tried restarting router
Running as admin
Running in windows 7 mode

I also got it to work a few days ago ,I know I wasn’t in any 30+ zones if that helps
