I already discovered both of them. It must be something new, cause I got all the things mentioned in the official Guild Wiki.
I checked the number of discovery areas nearly a hundred times and every list all over the internet says there are only 166 and in the game it says 167.Edit: I found it. It was actually behind the new Waypoint just a few steps in front of the gate to Proxemics Lab.
