It does not restart itself so it looks like a PSU. If so this will be the 3rd one in 12 months.
Btw never buy Cyberpower product or anything from New.Egg.

Over the last few weeks the game has been freezing and locking up my computer.
Recently it is still doing the same thing but is also crashing my computer to the point that it shuts off instantly. This only happens when I play GW2. Yes my drivers and everything else is up to date. Any suggestions?

I’m having the same problem as the freezing & crashing as other people … BUT now my computer just started to shut itself off when its crashing now.

This same happens to me EVERY PATCH!

Right click on shortcut
Go to Compatibility tab
Check the Privilege Level / run as an admin
Click apply
Go to Shortcut tab
enter the following into the target:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -testVerticalFov
Click apply
Say OK to any admin pop-ups

I’m having trouble with window 7 and it letting me add -testVerticalFov to the target line.

Any advice out there?

After coming home from work I still can NOT get the download client to even receive the patch. Keep getting connection errors.
Funny how the game was working fine for me yesterday any now I can’t even receive patch.

The Game Launcher is not downloading patch or even connecting to receive up date.

Here are my 2 cent on Fort Aspenwood server Frostgorge zone.
The following pictures are of 2 level 80 botters with at least a half dozen bot’s ranging from level 5 to level 19. This is near Ice Flow way point. I whispered the 2 level 80’s never recieved a response.

The next pictures is east of Earthshake way point same server same zone.

I reported them & also /whispered them they have been botting for the last 4+ days.
I know I saw at least 3 dozen botters in just that zone today.
Hopefully actions is taken.

Does anyone know where there is a Karma vendor that is selling Orichalcum Mining Pick’s? In the Cursed Shore there is one karma vendor selling the Orichalcum Harvesting Sickle and another selling Orichalcum Logging Ax. It would make sense that you can buy a Orichalcum Mining Pick from a karma vendor in that same level 80 zone.
