Well chalk me up as another victim of this bug. Filed a support ticket with ANet, and waiting on what I’m sure will be a canned response.
I feel your pain, Archael. Spent a good bit of time farming gold to make the purchase, and now it’s all wasted. Wish I would have found this thread prior to the buy. Still going to cross my fingers with the hope of having the issue resolved, but not going to hold my breath. At the end of the day, ANet has our money for the game purchase, and it’s not as if they’re trying to maintain a subscription by providing excellent customer support. So we’re more then likely screwed at this point. Hopefully I’ll be proven wrong…
