Guild Wars 2

Hi , both my chars are stuked after joining instance right/top of the map in Gendarran fields.
My main Thief Char lvl 50 ( went inside for make my main quest after did it, i got stuck after exit it.. loading screen freezed.)
My second char Necromancer lvl 31 (stuck there too tring to enter inside.. got stuck on loading screen!
Restarting pc Same problem , changing pc too and changing IP too! so pls do something fast i have both chars stuck cant play anymore and wont restart again with the fear of get stuck!!!
any1 got same problem as me?
other guy of my guild has same proplem in other place of map.

hi, i got my char stuk at loading screen, cant enter. Tried alrdy to restart pc , load on other pc and different ip nothing , no one can log in this char.. other char on my account works fine!
An other clan mate have same problem and after 3days no1 answerd/helped him from gw2 support!
So now staff of gw2 will you help us asap? or i should stop play after pay 52 euro for 1 week gaming.
