Guild Wars 2

I start the event from the cave, release two on ground by the tower, then tower guy, then one in water with mordrem, the 2 by the cave, then the other one in the water with the husk. If I am grouped I go a tad north of there around the mountain to release a few more then I return south through the pass to go up the hill for a few more and south all the way to the miner and where the event started. Everyone then fans out all over the map and continues to do multiple sweeps for any stragglers. The yellow eligibility icon is still lit but there is no one left but also no one has died. If the sweep goes any further north, fail. I have tried over a dozen times.

HIGHLY AGGRAVATED! I have done this mission MANY times and have saved EVERY NPC. Yellow eligibility icon remains above skill bar and I do MULTILPE sweeps of ENTIRE map for any that were missed. With plenty of time spent I finally resign to head north to the camp then FAIL. Most recent attempt 9:43 EST

I was wondering if someone knew where there might be a running list of all the Halloween recipes as more start to develop along with the cost/location/permanent or not. In short, I want to make sure I snap up everything I need before it goes away. I know the Halloween mats need to be grabbed now but what else is going bye bye?

Working on pumpkin achievement
Working on monster kill achievement
Done spending effort on skins- got nothing

On a side note, does anyone know where to farm low level white equipment quickly to salvage for the monthly achievement?
