Guild Wars 2

Not a buff, per se, just a rework. I love both of the offhand dagger skills, plus the AoE and debuffs on 1 are great, plus 2 is the best thing ever in WvW. The problems are 3 and stealth.

I think everyone agrees that 3 is just…bad. Unreliable as hell, subtracts from your DPS, and as a defensive tool it’s okay at best. Honestly, I’d like to just take pistol whip, remove the stun, remove the root, and use that as our 3. Gives you decent damage and is great for defense due to a full two or three seconds of evade. Obviously the initiative would have to be boosted so you can’t just spam that and be invulnerable, but I’d rather be able to use something like that once than use what we have ever.

The other issue is sword’s 1 being mediocre in stealth. Two seconds of daze is nice if you’re lucky enough to get it, but if you don’t you get one proc of blind and no damage boost whatsoever. I use sword for the multitarget damage it gives me. I say make its 1 fit the bill. A spin move, or a cone, or something like that. Remove the debuffs that you can’t reliably use anyway and just make it a nice AoE surprise attack. I’d love to be able to stealth, blink in, then 1 for a big burst of damage before anyone knows what’s happening.

1) Audio suddenly drops entirely and is replaced with a pulsating, very loud sine wave. Said noise continues even if I mute the game or alt-tab. Closing the program entirely fixes it. Has happened once in WvW and once fighting the swamp boss in Queensdale.

1a) Less severe audio issue: sounds will simply not play sometimes. For a period of time none of my skills will have audio effects. This resolves spontaneously.

1b) I will randomly hear loud voice clips with no apparent source.

2) Game freezes at random. Has happened once when fighting the above boss. Happened about 20 seconds after the audio broke. Only solution was to ctrl alt del and kill the process.

3) Game cuts to black and stops responding. Happened just now when trying to discover a new recipe (level 20 healing pistol). When I clicked, the screen turned black, but the music kept playing. No buttons did anything, though I could alt-tab and exit the game that way.
