C’mon! Mesmers have always been the whipping boys for Anet.
In GW1, until the last year, mesmers were a laughing stock.
They had an energy pool of 40 and all their skills cost from
10 t0 15 energy to cast and they only effected one tatget at
a time.
This meant that they had an effective functionality of ….
llke 6 seconds before they were dead weight to any group.
Well here we are again. I’m sure We’ll get pity skill boosts
again, just before the game dies.
As far as I can see, we have one skill (blurred Frenzy) that
effects multipule targets, and it only works in melee range.
So, once againn, we’re reduced to being the serving boys of
every other class.
I know there are some of you that are like “what’re you
talking about, my mesmer is like…duh bomb”. Well… you’re
just tools, I’ve played 5 other classes, (warrior, elementalist,
necromancer, engineer, and ranger, and the mesmer is the only
one I avoid logging on to.
