generally I´m all for such a system, especially the splitting the bounty / participant part would maybe help against the excessive zerging we currently have.
However one problem, and that is also a problem with the current token system, those who mainly play support are left out.
Yes everyone can play almost everything, but you can´t really do both things at the same time, atleast not with good efficiency.
So I would also add to the splitting system an even splitting for the whole group (which daoc did), this way people with a more defensive loadout are not punished for choosing to support their group.
ie one of the groups players deals 50% dmg to an enemy which then dies, so the group accumulates 50 points, each member of the group gets 10 points.
if its only 1,2,3 or 4 points which are gained by a player kill then still everyone in the group gets 1 point (always rounded up to the group size)
Something similar (except the rounding up part) should actually be also implemented for the current loot bags, yes Anet wants everyone to play everything at the same time… but the current system just doesn´t work that way.

The enemies not rendering problem is still there, though a bit less severe since the bug-fix.
So the one thing that I never got a satisfactory answer for is, why are there random mobs on the WvW maps?
There are no pet tame classes like sorcerers in daoc so there really is no need for them, the only thing they currently do is
1)use resources that intensify the culling problem
2)annoy
I would highly suggest to take all (except the faction monsters of course) out of the WvW areas since they serve no purpose.
Second thing would be to use generic models that are used when new players need to be rendered (ie one for each race and gender) and load the correct models after displaying those.
I´m sure this has been suggested before, because this really is not a new idea but should be implemented asap.
The other idea for WvW would be a completely objective free 5th map, no points can be acquired here, its just a giant team deathmatch map.
There are several reasons why such a map would be a good idea:
1)some servers still have pretty substantial queue times (30min+)
2)sometimes I just don´t feel like doing objectives or anything really constructive in the normal WvW zones, at those times I really feel bad when occupying a slot, maybe desperately needed by the server, for my own “selfish” fun
Yes one could go for structured pvp (though that is heavily objective based too), but that never really holds up to the excitement of open world pvp where you never really know what will be around the next corner.
