Alright , so its bug not related to any reward. Thats alright, i dont mind losing a chest just want my account as it was.

Ok so my account got hacked on nov. 15.th and i have been talking to support , then suddenly out of nowhere i received Heroic Chest in my mail?

Is that some kind of reward or hacker did something to account lol ..

Anyway i have sent request for account rollback and im waiting for it to be done , so do i keep that chest after account restoration or its some kind of a bug and it will be gone too?

request #79287 – Account got hacked , had a fast response from support and secured PC , changed mail + password , added mobile authentificator , explained IP adresses provided all info and requested rollback . so far no contact from support.

Yea that thing is possible , as said above secure your PC first , change password , change mail password , add aditional protection ( such as authentificator thing ) and then update ticked and hope .. and wait .. and hope .. just like im doing last few days

Doesnt make sense but thats how it was , and no lol im from Croatia i saw 2 of my IP’s and 2 identical Korean IP’s , and every time i did try to log in it said another character is online + my firends told me my warrior is online all the time. I was able to get into character select screen but not into game.

I got my account secured right now but theres what happened , maybe it helps someone.

People told one of my characters are online and i got error when logged in. First of all what i did is change pass but he seems to be connected all the time , i deleted all authorized networks and i did try to disconnect him in panel but his IP just pops up instantly , so what i did . i deleted one of my characters and created new one .. thats how ( at least i think ) he finally got disconnected and never returned again , now after talking with support i have changed everything and i feel that account is secure , no strange behaviour at all , but there is damage , all my items salvaged , ascended sold .. its a mess , and my warriror was used to gold farm in cursed shore , i can see tons of trash from mobs ( 200 moldy bags xD and lots of junk ) … im still talking to support to see how it gets resolved , i mean damage isnt THAT bad , its like 200+ gold but ego is hurt.

Hi , im having a problem with my account , someone from Korea is logged in for days and i cant access , i have sent support ticket with all details and im aware that my account is hacked at the moment , my question here is how i can disconect this pest and see what damage is on my account? I have changed password , added mobile verification , deleted all authorized IP’s and disconnected all IP’s ( at least i did try ) there is 2 identical IPs logged in and every time i hit disconnect it gets up again. My character is in cursed shore 24/7 and i just want to disconnect him untill support makes a move.
