There are so many people complaining because the patch changed a lot things horribly. Those are the root problems that are causing all the negativities here, not the players.
Also there are forum moderators and liaisons who will handle and refrain a community from going extreme. It’s far from your duty to stop all the bad mouthing here and even further from accusing and demeaning all the unhappy people people as negative.
If you cannot be a bridge between the devs and players to address the problems with the megaservers, stop thinking of yourself so righteous and complaining about people complaining. The real truth about this thread is that you started yet another topic grieving people on their wounds.
The current megaserver system seems to put priority on filling out shards with as many players that are available first and sorting out them later.
It seperates RP players, creates over-crowded cities and lowbie zones and kills almost any RP chances there are with huge amount of chat messages and trolling from the other players.
Give us back the original server list and put megaserver up as another shard for your megaserver is poorly planned and it is wiping out all the RP activities.
You rage-posted here for being kicked out group and you wonder why the mesmer was angry over your harsh comment?
Seriously the only problem with pug is that people cannot stand needing to communicate or even talk to each other.
Tech forum is still full of a lot tech expert wannabes offering useless shopping advise or throughout hardware resets. We have done nothing wrong with our side of game client! Just because your game still runs normally doesn’t mean you have the knowledge to “correct” us. Reinstall an entire system both software and hardware wise because of a problem caused by a game patch, how genius.
Get a clue from all these posts please. There are several problems happening to a rather large scale of people after the stupid patches. People came to post here hoping to get official responses and solutions asap because it’s very obvious something wrong with the game programming.
Can we stop having people telling us it’s a problem from us? Because all you guys are really doing here is accusing us for doing something wrong and bashing us.
I have had fine fps with the same pc(i5 3570k and 5850 1g @ 1680×1050), but it decreased to 10ish fps couple months ago when this problem first emerged. It was fixed a week later when the patched rerolled back something but screwed again after another few patches and the game is still unplayable for me now. Latest drives and the suggested setting adjustments from the sticker didn’t help btw.
We could and should run the game at acceptable fps but we aren’t. All we are asking is for the programmers to fix it so we can play the game like we could and should.
