Hi

I recently reinstalled the game after having been absent for one and a half years or so.
I finally finished downloading and installing the game, but when I try to log in to my character my client crashes as soon as I press the ‘Play Now’ button.

I tried repairing the client, but that seemingly hasn’t solved the issue.

The crash report I get is too big to post on the forums, but I can post pieces of it if needed for the troubleshooting process.

Like many others already have reported I’ve been experiencing some issues with the elementalist profession’s starting head equipment. Even when unequipping or transmuting the ‘eye’ item (Flame eye, Glacial eye, Storm Eye, Stone eye) the effect of the said item persists and gives your character a glowy dot right on their forehead. Nothing seems to be able to get rid of the effect and it’s quite frankly very annoying since it heavily deters me from making a new elementalist.
