Guild Wars 2

I’m in my mid 30s, and got the game a gift. I’ve been toying around with it for the last few months and figured now is a good time to try and be more social within the game.

About me: I’m a member of a much larger gaming community however we do not have a presence in GW2 as a guild. I’ve been involved in MMOs since first gen Ever Quest, I’ve been in several different guilds (in a leadership position in some cases) in the decade or so. I do not consider myself to be a “hard-core” player, more of the casual type but I do like to see end game content when I can. Just not in a rush to get there. I’m pretty low key but I like to talk in guild and over voice comms, especially after I get comfortable with people. I also like to help out when I have the time or at least know how to help. If someone asks to run something of a level I can match and I have the time, I usually jump up and volunteer. I consider myself mature, but I have my moments and like to keep the mood light and fun. I will PvP but it’s not a focus. I just like fighting other people when it strikes my fancy.

What am I looking for: I like active guilds. My play times during the week are mainly in the evenings around 9pm to 5am Eastern (I live in Alaska) but usually I am more active and on earlier during the weekends. I don’t want a small guild (Less than 20 active players…had to put a number on it) nor do I want a guild that has an attendance requirement. If you can stand me still being a noob sometimes that might help too.(I have most of the game figured out, but I still don’t know half the abbreviations for dungeons nor have I ever done one but I know the rewards of researching) I don’t care if you have voice comms, though I will join if you have them.

Currently, my highs toon is 30. I have a mix within that range as I am still trying to figure out what I like to play (ankittenep re-rolling them it seems) but I think I’ve settled on ones I like now.
