They won’t be in your Wardrobe or your inventory. They can only be accessed by going to the bank or, of course, the bank through a crafting station. (It can be seen by the screenshot provided, you are looking at the Wardrobe mini-pet panel.)
You need to go to the bank, open it, and look down at the bottom of Materials Storage. Accessing the Miniatures Tab from the Hero panel/Wardrobe will only show all mini-pets locked.
You have to withdraw the Miniatures from the bank and add them to the Wardrobe for the mini-pets to show up in the Wardrobe. Be aware, once you do so it will unlock the mini-pet to allow use by all your characters (it becomes account-wide), but the mini-pet will no longer be able to be sold (becoming account-bound). Nor will you be able to place said mini-pet back into your bank’s Material (Miniatures) storage.
If you wish to sell any of your non-account-bound mini-pets in the future, do not add them to the Wardrobe, but merely place them in your character’s inventory.

Thx for your answer. The problem is I didn’t find my pets in Wardrobe nor in my inventory. They were missing at all. ><
I have done the achieve and before i afk it was in my inventory. When i rejoined the game severer months later, i can’t find it anywhere.
Did you guys have the same issue or there is something that i missed?
I just bought 2 legs of Arah used 600 Shards of Zhaitan in accident.
And i can just farm 69 soz each day and now i’m very annoyed by this.
I hope i can refund 1 leg in return of 300 soz.
