My brother has received a response to his ticket. He completed the steps they asked him to and he sent them the information they required. It’s only been a day since he emailed back but I would prefer to not have to wait another week for a reply.

My brother submitted a ticket on March 5 to have a mobile authenticator removed from his account. He has received no response and it has been nearly a week. We’ve never had such a problem with support in any other game, and this is a huge turnoff.
