Guild Wars 2

Hi I’m Bardockz (Guardian), or Bardockz Frostguard (Revenant) depending on what I’m logged in on at the moment. Currently looking for a laid back guild. I enjoy farming dungeons and Fractals (currently have about 10 weapons or so), but haven’t done any recently. Just got my Rev to 80 which I’m planning on gearing out. Prefer small/medium size guilds with experienced players. Have all forms of voice chat. Love long walks on the beach, pumpkin spice coffee, and Fallout 4 (hype). Consider myself a pretty decent player. GWAMM. Not sure what else to write here. Did I mention I prefer playing tanky dps characters? Pm me in game

I think the decreased drop rate at higher levels for the individual skins is probably intentional, considering that they added the containers that allow you to pick which one you want. Between the two possible drops, the drop rate is likely the same as before.

However, I’ve read that there is suspicion that the containers may not actually be in the game at this point (Reddit). So, IF that is the case, the overall drop rate might seem much lower than is actually intended, and will likely be fixed when those containers are actually added to the drop tables.

That, of course, is assuming the data-miners’ information is accurate, so take it for what it’s worth.

That does make sense. I got my dagger at 39 and an angchu chest at 29 post patch, so if the weapon chests aren’t even in the pool yet then that could yield a lower drop rate at higher levels

I’ve done my fair share of fractals, and I have to say I don’t find anything in dredge difficult aside from bombing the door. However, it does take way too long compared to… well pretty much anything else. I’ve read about people complaining about the buttons in the first room… that part isn’t too difficult, but it really should be toned down a bit. Take out that first veteran dredge in the room and that should make that part considerably easier (seeing as though he can take down most people in 2 hits). As for the rest of the fractal, the clowncar needs some serious reworking. Either take out the vast number of dredge that come out of it, OR just have the boss spawn some dredge, and the event ends as soon as the boss dies, rather than 10 minutes of afk auto attacking in front of that stupid car. Pug groups should get by considerably faster that way without having it be too easy. It really shouldn’t take as long as it does.

All were before the fractured patch except for one dagger. Seems like I used to get a weapon every few runs. I also had 4 days in a row of getting weapons.

I’ve been doing fractals almost every day for quite some time now. I used to run 48 daily before the Fractured update, and now I run 49 daily. I know my sample size isn’t huge, but it seems as though the fractal weapon drop rate has significantly decreased. Pre-patch I would often see at least one fractal weapon drop from the daily chest. Now? After doing 49 roughly 5 times, I have seen 0 weapon drops. Not a single fractal weapon . For those of you who want a percentage, thats 0%. 0/25. Before the update the drop rate seemed to be roughly 15-20% chance that SOMEONE got a weapon. Not only that, but now I’m getting non-infused rings? At level 49??? If you’re not going to give me a weapon, the least you could do is infuse the ring for me like it was pre-patch. But I’m not here to kitten and moan, I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed the decrease in fractal weapon drops?

With the instability in 37 being random boons to enemys when ignored and Mai trin goes invulnerable every quarter health, she ends up gaining regeneration while invulnerable, brings her health above 75% after going invulnerable the first time, then repeats becoming invulnerable. It is nearly impossible to beat her as you cant strip her boons. The only possible way is to get very lucky and have her never get regeneration while invulnerable all 3 times she does it.

It would be nice to see some way to save my traits I use. I have a few different trait setups on each of my characters, yet the only way to swap between them is to write down what I had and then go reset my traits. I don’t mind paying a few silver each time I want to retrait, I just want a way to save my traits so I don’t have to go through them all again. Go to the trait trainer, pay a few silver, then load up my berserker build for instance.

The reason I am posting this is because most of my friends and former guildies have grown tired of GW2 and quite frankly I’m getting bored of playing alone.

I’m a guildless player on SoR looking for a friend or group of friends to hang out with, do dungeons with, or whatever. I’ve been playing this game since the day it was released so I have an idea of what I’m doing. Currently, I’m just going through the world casually leveling up my lower characters (26 ele, 25 mesmer, 12 necro and 2 engineer) with my other professions all at level 80.

I would personally consider myself to be a good player. I don’t mind working with players who aren’t quite up to my skill level, and also don’t mind helping anyone out that has questions. I’m 21 years old, from east coast USA, play lots of video games, use all forms of voice communication (skype, ts3, ventrilo, mumble). I’m always on steam and willing to play other games. These are the short bows, I’m looking for the hammer that’s labeled as a short bow.

There is an item in the trading post called the “Ascalonian Short Bow”. It is not a short bow, but a hammer. Does anyone know if this weapon exists anywhere? I wanted one but there doesn’t seem to be any on the trading post.

Psh if it weren’t for tc we would dominating this tier.

Wings of Diamonds [WoD] was founded in November, 2012, in memory of the poor guild that sacrificed its life so that this one may be born. At the moment, we are a small-medium sized guild looking for active players. We have half of the upgrades, but being a smaller guild it takes a bit longer to build up influence. In the PvE spectrum, we mainly focus on endgame content, such as large events, dungeons, and the newly added fractal of the mists, but we are not just limited to the level 80 areas.
