Had this problem last week and after changing DNS addresses to Open DNS (following another Colorado Century Link player’s instructions here on this topic), I was able to reconnect and play trouble free for several days straight. Played without incident again yesterday. As of my attempt to connect today the problem had reappeared. I tried 3 other sets of DNS addresses and no luck. I also tried letting Century Link’s modem “automatically locate address” but that didn’t work either. So I’ve issued another Support Request. It would appear that GW2 has a problem. Didn’t get any info on my original support request last week from ArenaNet but closed ticket once I reconnected several days in a row. Surely they’re closer to finding this and fixing it soon. One can only hope.

Still unable to connect to game. Also a Century Link customer in Colorado. Concerned that some are saying that this issue is resolved. My trouble ticket #2359921 is still open and no new info from support since yesterday afternoon.
