paypal for some reason flagged ncsoft as a fraud when i ordered gems about a week ago. i took care of everything they asked and got paypal to release the funds. i still can not log into my account.

I have 2 guild wars accounts and the other day I was playing on one of my accounts when I was logged out and got a message I was suspended for an account issue. I have no idea what that means or how long I have been suspended. I have sent in a support ticket #44813 and have not gotten any replies. Any way someone can look into this and let me know what is going on?
