Inculpatus Cedo I think you misread the user agreement. I reviewed the section you mentioned and the intent there is for “gaming center” type setups where you say rent access to a computer and play the games they have installed.

Chase, I submitted a ticket so we will see, but likely you are right.

This is not an internet cafe and if they want to restrict what providers I may use they can refund my money as that is bogus.

No I am using Wi-Fi at public locations (Starucks, Hotels, ect.), I cannot use a corporate network for gaming.
I cannot use an app like that on my company phone either. I would just prefer to remove the option from my account instead of having it forced on me.

Is there anyway to disable IP verification on my account? I travel for work and can at times have 20+ IPs in a day. This can cause my to have to reauth 4+ times daily depending on my free time. It is very aggravating. I get how it helps protect my account but I would rather go without.

I had an ascended leggings disappear recently and they restored them within a few hours. They did well by me. Next time try providing more info, Character name, Time and date of the disappearance (or when it was noticed missing plus when it was last seen). Everything you can tell them gives them a better chance to see whatwent wrong and where.
