So far I have made a fairly new mesmer and I was looking into the skills I would want to get. I had heard of time warp being good but I have no clue what it does and why is it so sought after. So my question is what does time warp do and why is it sought after so much?
Recently, I have started at Mesmer who is fairly low in level. At what point do my clones actually start doing damage. As of now, all they do is auto attack and do zero damage. What level do they actually do some damage?
