Hi Ashley, I disabled my security software but I’m still getting the same error message, have also tried several reboots.

Well that probably explains this error – Connection error(s) detected. Retrying… – haven’t been able to get the client to run at all.

Edit – I’m in SE Qld.

Anyone else experiencing this error? Have been unable to get the client to run for around 9 hours.
