I know you guys are doing your best to answer tickets and so on relating to hacking and banned because of hacking, but I thought I would be best posting my ref for my ticket as I have now had my ticket open and unresolved since the 05/09/12.
I have subbmitted all the information and been waiting a response I am not 100% sure if it helps posting here but there is no harm I guess =)
