Bolt is bugged in two ways:
1: Duplicate sword at my feet when I run
2: Duplicate sword in my hand after I attack, sword skills 1 and 2 as a Mesmer.

To clarify, we can start the missions fine in the guild tab but when we arrive at the guild rush location we cannot start the 30minute rush timer. It says “A guild officer needs to activate this rush for you before you can participate.” Our officers and leaders have tried activating it but get the same message. We tried activating it in the Desolation server of each map and have tried guesting to other servers to activate it to no avail.
