When a company makes you pay for a product that isint complete the compensate you either that just a full return. League of legens had HUGE problems with server, but they still gave out boosts, free IP and RP. WE whopre-paid got nothing but a 3 day head start of PROBLEMS. I REALLY appreciate the game but my game epxeriance are ruined day by day of bugs.

Compentation perhaps?Or just be lite any other MMO and makes us “live with it”… We shall see. But I do want my money/gems back.

Nope its totally clean adn ive cheack BL outbox EVERYTHING, ive bought krytan amour before so I know how it works, 25 ago and still nothing

My mail works fine both from friends and NPC

I bought 3 packs of dye packs (600 gems) witch I have paied for.
I bought them and then i didnt got them

I now have 600 gems less for nothing

please comment when you see this and people who are experiancing the same problem can comment to!
