It seems that in the Hero panel everything is back in place except for my guardian unused hero points that have been brought to 213, can not remember how many there were before the patch but are sure to be many more (if I remember well over 500). The other problem left is the exclamation mark on the hero panel symbol in the top left menu bar reappears.
