Ticket #606549, submitted May 10 @ 23:46 regarding my stolen account. I just logged in to the game again and my items still haven’t been restored. I am missing the ability to complete my achievements and this happened just after the first (and probably only time) I ever got an ascended drop! The only response I have received is a reset of my password and a change of my email. I am still wondering if I will be getting a rollback or if I am expected to keep playing minus all the items it took me over a year to make? Any information would be appreciated, thanks.
