Steps:
Right click on a stack of 2 or more items.
Select “Sell at Trading Post”.
Notice that the “Quantity” is set to the same size as your selected stack.
Select any price under “Current Sellers” to set the price to match.
Current behaviour:
“Quantity” will reset to 1 when you click on a “Current Sellers” price.
Expected behaviour:
“Quantity” will not reset when you click on a new price.
Before the last Living Story patch, I was doing 200+ posts a day. This functionality is kitten and makes the trading post really slow and clunky. It didn’t work this way before, and it doesn’t work this way when you click on anything under the “Current Buyers” column, so I’m sure this isn’t expected.
This is a really cludgy user experience with so many extra clicks (not counting all the extra re-postings I have to do because I didn’t re-reset the quantity to max, which I know bumps our RPUPS on your servers).
I get not wanting to give it away “too easily”, especially since the crafted stuff is all account bound. But the Glorious stuff is all Soulbound, not account bound, and it’s still gated by requiring PvP matches – you can’t buy it with gems or gold.
But since the Glorious gear is Soulbound, and you get to pick any of the other prefixes for it, I don’t see why Celestial would be missing from that list.
The PvP rewards are also time gated, since you can’t just burn gems/gold into earning bonus reward track time. And the gear is still exotic quality (of which there is Celestial), and Glorious soulbinds, not account binds, so you can’t even change it to other characters.
And I’m open to Ascended being better than Exotics, that’s fine. I’m not 80 yet, and I don’t expect stuff I’ve earned before then to be the best of the best out there (unlike Crafting, which would be exactly that). I just don’t see a rational behind soulbound Celestial gear not being available.
I just cracked a chest with my first piece of Glorious. I was very excited because it let me pick my stats, and when doing Fractals I’ve been really missing the healing power I have in PvP as an elementalist.
