I’m also having this problem. I completed Hidden Arcana and when I tried to do it again for the achievements, Odgen only gives me the lore Dialog. BTW I tried the instance 4 times with 2 different characters.
Also of note, the magister at the beginning is addressing me as a member of the order even though my first character was a member of The Vigil and my second a member of The Order of Whisper.
Cd is a strong boss run it’s right at server reset. I have been on CD since beta (love my server) I have never needed to guest to finish any meta events, and it’s got some of the most helpful people. They even helped me finish world map on WvW (the mesmers Port’ed me to vistas)!!!
Although I like CD as well, it’s not really strong for boss run. I don’t remember ever completing the Marionette fight, The great jungle Wurm or Tequatl (since revamp). Also outside of peak time, the temples are neglected.
