Hello, I’m am writing to you guys up in guild wars HQ to also enquire why my mates enquiry about his account hasn’t been solve yet or even been updating him of what’s been happening. He writ a ticket for review about 6 days ago and apparently still nothing, He’s been constantly frustrated due to his account being compromised and he feels no one is doing anything about it like “How did someone even get my account details?!” “If their taking this long to try and get my account back, the hacker could have changed everything on my account along with details by now..” His user name is Veku.8719, If there’s any info i can provide to help get my mates account back i will be happy to provide.
