Having the same problem right now. Did you ever get out?
Tekk Moka Chiming in here, I was with Mr. Danny, or Brutrics in-game when he was having power outages. This is a unnecessary response to conditions beyond individuals control. Please address these issues appropriately.
I suggest that in cases like this. Instead of defaulting to a 3 day ban you should do a temporary 1(or even 6 hour) then after if it is determined that user did this on purpose to affect ratings or for some other than, their computer/internet(Or power in this case) would result in them being removed from a part of GW2 they enjoy very much.
