It’s been 3 weeks and there is still no fix. It’s especially bad in this case because this is a bug in Tier 1, which blocks the crafting progress entirely.
I played a lot of breaches today – about 15 and two of them didn’t give me the rewards (rares, nightware key, etc.) when all 5 champions were killed. I did the prep events before the breaches and I got gold medal when my boss(es) was killed. Seems like a bug to me but there might be some cap on how often you can do breaches? Any idea?
