in stead of in game “whispers”, can they just mail them? I did not even see any whispers when there are many people chatting in the chat window. and scroll very fast.

Snido and CS from Arenanet, I have the same ban (bot or 2rd party program running suspected) from Arenanet too, and I was right in front of computer playing gw2, the situation like I did stand at a spot waiting for an event re-spawned and idle, then got banned. My ticket number is 120911-007852, and also waiting for Arenanet CS resolve this problem, thanks for your help.
