I bought a second Adept’s Training Manual. I have already used the first one when I was level 11. Now at level 28.

The text says:
Double-click to use. Makes your trait lines available. You will be able to spend up to 10 points in all lines. Resets trait allocation.

Now my question is:
I want to reset my trait skill points. Is this item meant to reset them?

If it is meant to reset them, it is not working for me and might be a game bug then.
