i bought guild wars 2 from retailer shop , wanted to buy it for my friend as a present so we can play together , i helped to set the server same as me , and logged out , next time i log in and wanting change email to his email as a present , i forgot the password (i am forgetful person ) so i tried to click forgot password , hoping it can help me reset the password , but it doesnt work as it need a character name to reset , so i tried to use send a request but .. i dont have guild wars serial code , without it i cant sent request for help , Gaile Gray , can u help please , as soon as possible …..needed to send the acc to my friend as a christmas present
