Issue: Arm clips through the shield

There is a clipping issue with a shield while using the gladiator chest piece. The first screenshot is of me wearing the Explorer’s gear set and there is no clipping issue. The second is me wearing all the same gear except I switched the chest piece for the Gladiator. Major clipping issue there.

Same happened to me. Talked to Tixx, got the achievement and entered the dungeon. I checked my bags while in there and couldn’t find anything. I went back to him and saw a chest, but it’s opened and I can’t and didn’t loot anything from it.

Each shield I use clips through the arm and shoulder.

So I’ve recently started using shields on my Charr warrior for a more supportive tank build/role and I really love this build, however, whenever my shield is drawn, it’s clipping through the arm and shoulder and it has been for quite some time now.
This kind of scares me, because I was planning on going for the legendary shield, now I’m not so sure.
It just looks ugly and sloppy, especially on a game where aesthetics are a huge deal. I’m even possibly thinking of switching back to a GS build in the meantime.
Anyone know if this is going to be fixed or not? It’s absolutely asinine if there isn’t a fix in the next patch.
