Guild Wars 2

Since i was desperate i removed all files from GW of my computer, including files in temp, and in the registery etc. So i tried to install it again but then i get the same problem again, it doesnt want to start a download it just crashes

Repair didn’t work, the game crashes when i try to uninstall it (so can’t uninstall it). And no response on my ticket yet…

After my game client tried to download the new patch, it got stuck on “downloading”. I tried to run the repair, but that didnt work. See the screenshot.

I am afraid i have to re-install GW2, any thoughts?
