Update!
After searching for answers I found one.
Since I have a huge cpu-cooler with 2 fans and 2 heatsinks, one of the fans
blocked pci-e slot 1 so I had the graphic-card installed on the second one.
Works perfect on everything but GW2.
I move one of the fans and installed the graphic-card on slot 1.
Restart and re-install the drivers.
The fps went from 3 to 73 in major citys.
So problem solved.

What’s with this lag….
Have been searching info but havn’t seen anything yet.
I get about 3 fps in citys and 15 out in the the World when
I use detected mode in Graphics. If I use best performans
I get it up to 12 fps in citys and 20 out in the World.
I tested my network and have 96 Mbits/s.
My comp have an I7 -5820K cpu and 16 Gb RAM with
an Nvidia GT-970 graphic-card running Win 10 64bit.
Other gams runs fine.

I have the same problem and my first ticket is about 4 days old now with just a static message as a response 3 days ago ( we have recived your ticket ………..someone will look in to it asap). I agrea that it’s strange that they don’t solve this fast as it is one of the ways they make money.
