Guild Wars 2

It has come to my attention that an In-Game Calendar would be beneficial to all the guilds and all the members of those guilds. Especially guilds that do not have access to a guild website. The introduction of a in-game calendar would help coordinate in-game events hosted by guilds and also would allow Arena Net to post certain important dates such as holiday events on the calendar. I am pitching this idea because I understand the utility of such a simple implementation. I understand that many players do not like checking their guild website and frequently Alt+Tab’ing between that and the game when they can simply check dates from in-game. Overall I believe many players abroad would support this notion! I’m sure there are other good reasons as to why many would support this, as I can’t name them all. :P

While I was out in Southsun I came across this player in the water using a teleportation hack. I know there are many out there that are used in WvW but this time around I was slightly surprised to see that this player prominently used this hack in a PvE setting. Maybe he was a botter? I don’t know but it concerns me to see such a great game be rendered down to game breaking qualities. I caught said player on video; I am sorry for the quality as I am not an expert on video editing. When I went to report him I saw no feature for reporting a player using cheats other than the “Botting” category. I think the dicussion of implementing anti-cheat software to prevent third party programs from running would at least prevent some hacks. Or maybe active in-game moderators? I do not know but I thought I’d share this with the community and Arena Net.
