Guild Wars 2

I created an Asura character and after I got into the starting instance, I opened up the map to get my bearings. I see Metrica Province’s level range was showing as 1-115 instead of 1-15. I don’t see this outside of the instance. No, this was not photo shopped, I promise.

Recently(about a month ago), my graphics card stopped working. So now I have to use my Intel HD drivers until I get my replacement. I see a grid of black lines across some terrains. Especially underground. I’m pretty sure it has to do with my graphics options, but after messing with them a bit, I can’t put my finger on the problem. If anyone can use the screenshot to help, that would be appreciated.

I was going to buy a new logging axe from a merchant, so I go to Marshwatch Haven Waypoint in Bloodtide Coast and walk down to the merchant. When I talk to her, no words come up and there is an exit option with no words. I have attached a screenshot of what I see.
