I am oh so new to all of that, how do I do those certain things? I’m so confused

So there’s nothing I can do to run this game? I mean my CPU and GPU can’t be THAT bad. I can’t even run it on the lowest settings, and I’m just in the starting area.

I just bought the game today, and I have an extremely low FPS, even with the lowest graphics! The FPS is around 12-13.
I run the game on a Macbook Pro 15", Intel Core i7 CPU, 2,67 GHz and with 8 gb ram.
This should be enough to run the game, atleast on medium settings.
Why does it lag so much? Any tips for how to improve my FPS?

My internet speed is at 27 mbps, and I have attached the results I got from systemrequirementslab.com. It clearly states that my Mac meets the requirements.
