Yup. If we had the option to turn its visibility on and off that would make it less awful. Or even give us a different virtue to pick from, one that doesn’t force us to have a giant blue shield cramping our style.

Well they made tequatl tougher, and they’ll buff up other bosses aswell, and he has a small chance to drop ascended weapons, so I’m sure they’ll have plans to make armour obtainable from other sources.
Though I don’t mind ascended items playing hard to get, exotic gear has become ridiculously easy to obtain.
And WvW isn’t ballanced stat wise now anyway, what with food buffs and bloodlust.

I too hate that bloodlust gives stats.
