Noticed an issue when creating a new Norn. After completing the first part of the great hunt quest and turning in the trophy, you cannot progress any further because the gates leading up the mountain or closed. Also the World event “Join the festive moot brawl” quest is stuck and keeps looping and wont complete. It may be related.
