Guild Wars 2

Hi, the title say everything i think; i kill with the weapon on and i gain no power-up at all … not even the buff figure!!!!!
WHY??? Everyone around me take stack of power, corruption, precision and me nothing? not so good … not so good

p.s.
i’m a supporter guardian with mace and shield i do regen and heal but no stack … not so useful after all.

I know i can buy them but it cost several gold and i havent them … i’m a poor guy
Is there another option or i can craft them?
If i can craft, where are the insigna’s recipes?
